Just your average Argos! Waiting times can be a little long, especially at peak times (christmas etc), but stock levels are always good. Staff not always aware of things such as click & collect/eBay so call ahead before you make a journey here. Plentiful parking on the retail park.

There have never been long queues here when we have been (many times!!) and the staff are friendly. Willing to help with enquiries or problems with the occasional product (one or two returns for replacement/refund over the years). It's great having the Argos on the retail park as it makes popping in to collect items easier than previous places we've lived where the store is in a large shopping centre or on a busy road with no nearby parking.

Amy went over and above the call of duty on this occasion (and Lesley on my last visit. The item I ordered (120.00) required 2 additional items to make it function. Both items were at different Argos stores (one 18 mls away). Collections went like clockwork thanks to Amy. She even helped me to the car with other heavy items too. Many Thanks. Maria T.

Terrible customer service, I have bought the item quite expensivewhich stopped working less that a year.Argos has one year guarantee but I have been told to call the manufacturer.I had a chat online with Argos which they said the store should have override and exchange the item. The staff were not helpful and didn't care.never ever again.

Don't give your real phone number. They call at 7am or even before. Not fair to wake elderly people up that early in the freezing cold. Especially when we have a family member in hospital. Apparently they don't start calling before 7am but my Mum said it was 6.50am ish. They gave a pathetic compensation of £5 store credit - so if they call you that early; you can get that too, or 10% of your order. Worth knowing if you buy an expensive item.

Argos has really fought back against online sales. If you compare prices you will find surprisingly they are often better than a well known internet sales site. I will always go to retail shops even if it is a few quid more. I think I have sent 50% of my online purchases back! Hassle I don't need.

Today me and my son went to Argos we never had to wait long and the lovely lady named Sue with blonde hair was very helpful and polite it's nice to get service with a smile and a friendly chat xx
